FIT Planungs AG is the new owner of the former Triumph site in Bad Zurzach. Over the coming years, this historic site will be gradually developed into a vibrant, mixed-use neighbourhood featuring residential, work and communal spaces.
At present, the premises on the site are available for various temporary uses. In the near future, a diverse range of spaces covering around 8,000 m² will be created for retail, offices, art, culture, sport and exercise. In future, the site is intended to bring people together and provide space for social interaction, health and positive community life. Through sustainable solutions and a varied range of facilities, a liveable place is being created for everyone – today and for future generations.
