Residential development «Neuwiesenpark»

In the middle of the municipality of Volketswil, we were able to develop the Neuwiesenpark development with 9 apartment buildings in collaboration with AD Architekten AG. Three apartment buildings were taken over as investment properties by the former land sellers. The remaining 6 apartment buildings were established as condominiums. Construction was approved in October 2018 and the Neuwiesenpark development with 9 apartment buildings could be fully occupied in spring 2021. The outdoor spaces were designed with living hedges and walls, extensive planting alternating with gravel and hard surfaces with a transition to the large open space at the edge of the stream.
