We provide living space. In 2018, the properties we have held for decades were transferred to the newly founded Hecht Immobilien AG.

Planning

We acquire plots of land and develop them until they are ready for construction. Our aim is to provide attractive, contemporary living space for the rental and owner-occupied market.

Construction

As a general contractor, we construct our own buildings, in particular rental and owner-occupied apartments, in the Zurich region.

Participation

As an investment company, we participate in various construction consortia (simple partnerships) and real estate stock corporations.

Gartmann Holding brings together the individual companies of the Gartmann family under one roof.
