FIT Planungs AG has been the landowner since 2015. The property is located in Illnau on a beautiful south-facing slope with a design plan obligation (special building regulations), adjacent to the agricultural zone. The primary and secondary schools are in the immediate proximity.
A competition involving four architectural firms was organized for the development of the design plan and subsequently developed further. In the meantime, the architectural firm Dachtler Partner AG and various specialist planners have taken on the development. We are looking forward to a legally binding building permit and the ground-breaking ceremony for the start of construction in 2023.
